According to the Swiss elderly is to publish parts of the final report of the American jurist Michael Garcia indeed possible, provided that the persons mentioned therein and organizations have officially given permission and waive any legal action whatsoever. That Blatter announced today on the website of FIFA in response to the urgent request of the English Football Association (FA) to make the entire report of Garcia public.
Blatter stressed again that under the own regulations and legislation is not possible to publish the entire investigation file into possible malpractice in bidprocedures both World Cups. Therefore FIFA being, limited to a summary, which last week was firmly criticized several hours after the appearance by Garcia himself.
