Broersen and Vetter start personal record at EK indoor – NUsport.nl

Nadine Broersen and Annette Vetter are both started with a personal record in the 60 meter hurdles at the European Indoor Championships.

Broersen came in the first part of the pentathlon in Prague to a time of 8.31 seconds. Vetter was two hundredths slower.

Broersen, world indoor champion in the pentathlon, recorded the third time in total. Vetter finished fourth. British Katarina Johnson-Thompson set the fastest time (8.18)

The French defending champion Antoinette Nana Djimou ran the second time:. 8.25. The athletes pursue the pentathlon with the high jump.

Nadine Fisher reached the semifinals of the 60 meter hurdles. The Dutch scored with 8.12 seconds, the fourteenth time in total.

She was fifth in her heat, but positioned himself as one of the fastest time yet for the next round.

The British-based Lucy Hatton remained 7.96 alone among eight seconds in the series. The Belgian Eline Bering set the second fastest time (8.01).

Gregory Sedoc work later in the day the 60 meter hurdles on the men. The series are in the morning, the semifinals and finals are later in the day.

Orange Friday especially prominent in the 400 meters. Liemarvin Bonevacia, Bjorn Blauwhof, Terrence Agard and Madiea Ghafoor run the series and possibly later the semifinals.

Maureen Sexton kicks in at 3000 meters, Thijmen Kuper in the 800 meters. Femke Plume jumps qualifications in the pole vault.
