Dirk Kuyt can not wait to play football again for Feyenoord. A former teammate is his new head coach

. In the Dutch national team played Kuyt eight years along with Giovanni van Bronckhorst, who after this season at De Kuip will succeed Fred Rutten. “I look forward to working under him,” Kuyt said in The Telegraph . Van Bronckhorst is now assistant Rutten.

Kuyt thinks Van Bronckhorst therefore has learned a lot. “He has been successful as a player in four different countries and worked with several coaches. That experience will help him to book a coach results.”
