The prosecutor came to the proposal on the basis of the statements of those involved and television footage from Sunday’s match between De Graafschap and Feyenoord.
Kramer gave in the match won 2-1 with De Graafschap defender Ted van de Pavert in the sixteenth minute slap in the face, but it was not seen by referee Danny Makkelie.
From the Pavert said after the game that Kramer should have been sent off the field. “He was in my opinion should have red. Kramer pushed me in my face and you have to stay away from under me.”
Feyenoord and Kramer have until Wednesday 10:00 time to respond to the proposal. If the Rotterdam agree than Kramer miss the league games against sc Heerenveen (off) and AZ (home) and the KNVB Cup match at De Kuip against Ajax.
