Former Wimbledon champion Richard Krajicek closes a role as coach of a player from the top of world tennis no longer out. “When I think that player to be able to help and if I can combine it with my work as a tournament director, I am interested,” he said in an interview that appears Saturday in AD Magazine

the 44-year-old director of the ABN AMRO tournament in Rotterdam is also prepared to accompany his talented son Alec Deckers (15) on the road to success. Teen focuses entirely on tennis from next summer.

“Because his current trainer every week to travel with, I probably will complement it. It could be that we expand that in the future,” said Krajicek, who long time no job aspired as a coach because he would have been by the many trips too little with his growing children
