The Amsterdam play the first game, on Thursday, March 12th, in Ukraine. The return is a week later at the Amsterdam ArenA.
Ajax and Dnieper never played against each other, but the Ukrainians met two years ago or PSV. That happened in the group stage of the Europa League. Dnieper then won both encounters, where PSV partly because it was disabled for the knock-out phase. Dnieper played in the past also against AZ and FC Utrecht. The team is third in the Ukrainian league.
