The 79-year-old Blatter and the 60-year-old Platini can now only to the international sport tribunal CAS steps to appeal against their sentences. Both have already indicated that they are out there willing to do.
The FIFA says in his statement that the judicial chamber of the ethics committee are criminal proceedings has not yet been completed and the penalties for both officials still can confirm remit or adjust.
Payment
Blatter and Platini were on October 8 for ninety days suspended by the ethics committee of FIFA.
This body has still not been officially communicate why the Swiss and the Frenchman have been punished, but the suspension is very likely in anticipation of the investigation for which Swiss authorities are working towards a dubious payment to Blatter Platini in 2011.
Blatter would be 2 million Swiss francs, about 1.8 million are transferred to FIFA funds to Platini for work that the Frenchman has done between 1999 and 2002. It is unclear where that amount was intended for. The payment, which was done in February 2011, would not have been in the interests of the FIFA

Elections
Blatter, who earlier this month was recorded a few days in a Swiss hospital, since 1998 president of FIFA. He announced his resignation in June already. His successor will be chosen on February 26, 2016 during an extraordinary congress.
Platini still hopes that he will be one of the candidates to become the world football, the new president but the former football player was not on the five-man list that the election committee last Thursday announced.
The candidatures of the Jordanian Prince Ali Bin Al-Hussein, the Frenchman Jérôme Champagne, the Swiss Gianni Infantino, the Bahraini Sheikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa and the South -Afrikaan Tokyo Sexwale have been approved
