Ajax Sunday in Eindhoven achieved a surprising victory over PSV. The Amsterdam defeated the leader, 3-1.
At halftime, Ajax has already led 1-0 through a goal by Ricardo Kishna. It was still 1-1 with a header from Luuk de Jong, but Lasse Schöne and Anwar El Ghazi ensured that the visitors won yet.
With the win, Ajax reduced the gap with the PSV to eleven points. Moreover, the difference with number three remains AZ, who Saturday won 2-0 at Willem II, six points.
Number four Feyenoord were put at a disadvantage by eight points. The Rotterdam arrived Sunday visiting FC Utrecht no further than 0-0.
