Almere City FC and De Graafschap open Monday playoffs for promotion to the Premier League. The teams kicks off at 18.30 in Almere for the game in the first round. FC Oss and VVV Venlo also play on Monday, May 11th against each other in the first round, that game starts at 20:45 in Oss. The returns four days later (May 15)

The winner of the diptych between Almere City and De Graafschap will in the Second round number seventeen of the league. The number sixteen of the league gets in to the second round with FC Oss and VVV. Those matches are on Friday 22 and Monday 25 May.
Second round
FC Volendam and FC Eindhoven start against each other in the second round, as Roda JC and FC Emmen. Also those matches will be played on 22 and 25 May. The finals of the playoffs on Thursday, May 28th and Sunday, May 31
