Ten Dam misses Tour of Spain by broken spine – nrc.nl

Cyclist Laurens ten Dam miss this year’s Tour of Spain. Yesterday broke the 34-year old rider from LottoNL Jumbo-one vertebra after a collision with a car and he will not be repaired in time. Ten Dam does not require surgery.



Corset

The next six weeks he will have to wear a corset and peace must take, making it impossible to take part in the Vuelta . Which takes place from August 22 to September 13th.
