Makaay started as a striker coach Feyenoord – NU.nl

That’s Feyenoord announced Monday.

“With his experience and record of service at the highest level Makaay can for our attackers and the talented vanguard players from the youth teams of high added its value,” said technical- director Martin van Geel on the club’s website.

“The presence of Roy also increases the opportunities for our technical staff to train more targeted at certain parts.”

Makaay is currently coach of the A1 of the locals. He took in 2010 retired as player of Feyenoord has since been working as a youth coach at the club. Under previous coaches Mario Been and Ronald Koeman he trained even arranged the strikers.
