A group of US senators want that FIFA does not take place in Russia the 2018 World Cup. They insist that in a letter to the world football because of Russia’s role in the conflict with Ukraine and the occupation of the Crimea

The senators believe that the policies of President Vladimir Putin just to be condemned rather than rewarded. They also point to the fact that the World Cup would provide economic aid at a time when the international community Russia imposes sanctions just sorts.
Known as Senators John McCain, Robert Menendez, Ron Johnson and Richard Durbin urge FIFA to move the World Cup to another country
