Van Barneveld won in an exciting party of Stephen Bunting: 5-4. Van der Voort saved not against Phil Taylor and went 5-3 down.
Van Barneveld and Taylor meet Saturday in the semifinals. Michael van Gerwen and Gary Anderson joined Thursday already in the last four.
Van Barneveld and bunting were the whole game very evenly matched and both achieved a similar average. The Hagenaar and the Englishman took the opening stage their own sets and 2-2 Bunting shared the first tap out.
The 27th placed Bunting saw as ‘Barney’ miss three setpijlen and grabbed himself the fifth set. The Dutchman was not really upset and knew Bunting equal to break back. Van Barneveld then came at 4-3, then Bunting decisive ninth set managed to enforce.

Van der Voort played a very nice game against Taylor. However, the sixteen time world knew in the first two sets at the most important time to strike and thus took a 2-0 lead.
Van der Voort, if scaled 23rd, fought their way back into the game and took with especially in the third set with 110 very high average. In the fourth set, the Dutchman drew that line, with two finishes above 100 and the backlog was completely made up: 2-2
Van der Voort even came on a 3-2 lead, but left it. in the fifth leg of the sixth set fails ugly. Taylor had nine chances to catch up and eventually did. Van der Voort seemed mentally bruised and could not really hard to make it more Taylor in the remainder of the party
