Louis van Gaal is Saturday at the National Sports Centre Papendal Anton Geesink Award.
The former coach of Orange receives prize for his many achievements in sport, the Dutch judo federation JBN announced on Tuesday.
Van Gaal comes to stand in a row with Jacques Rogge and Erica Terpstra, previous winners of the award, which is named after the legendary judo champion. The judo federation called the Anton Geesink Award in life after the Utrecht in 2010 was deceased.
Former IOC President Rogge was awarded this prize in 2012 as the first, Terpstra was that honor last year in part. Van Gaal, the current coach of Manchester United, received Saturday during National Judodag third statuette of the striking head of Geesink.
