Belgian football mourns death ‘great talent’ Malanda – NUsport.nl

The voetbalwereld mourning the tragic death of Belgian jeugdinternational Junior Malanda.

The 20-year-old midfielder from VfL Wolfsburg Saturday was killed in a car accident, when he was on his way to the airport to go with his club training camp in South Africa.

” Shocked and saddened by the tragic death of Junior Malanda ”, reported president Sepp Blatter of FIFA Twitter. ” Football has lost a great talent. ”

The Belgian coach Marc Wilmots had also heard. ” The Belgian football lost one of its greatest promises. My deepest condolences to family and friends of Junior Malanda. ”
