Horrible news from Germany: VfL Wolfsburg midfielder Junior Malanda Saturday deceased after a severe car accident. The Belgian talent was only twenty years old.
Malanda became involved in an accident Saturday near Bad Oeynhausen. The young man was on his way to his club Wolfsburg, which he later this evening would go to South Africa for a training camp. Wolfsburg may see from the training camp.
The German police reported that the driver of the car in which Malanda was speeding. According to Bild Malanda sat in the back and he was tossed after a collision with a tree out of the car. The two other passengers were seriously injured and are now in the hospital.
Malanda, who was born in Brussels on August 28, 1994, was known as a great talent. He was a youth international for Belgium and came to ten league matches this season for Wolfsburg, which he took over in mid-2013 Zulte Waregem.
