The 23-year-old Hahn suffered the injury on Monday in the game between Feyenoord and Jong Jong Cambuur. Research in the hospital brought the seriousness of the injury Tuesday revealed.
Because of the injury Hahn, the 19-year-old Pole Kamil Miazek temporarily stand-in goalkeeper Kenneth Vermeer. The 17-year-old Justin Bijlow be the third goalkeeper of Feyenoord.
Hahn returned last summer back at Feyenoord after a rental period at PEC Zwolle.
The former youth international is still waiting for his official debut for the team of coach Giovanni van Bronckhorst, but extended early this month have his contract until 2019.
The previous commitment Hahn expired in the summer of 2017.
