Disgrace Arsenal in League Cup, Chelsea eliminated after penalties – NU.nl

Because of the extra time was not scored, the decision had to fall from the penalty spot. The fifth and final penalty from Eden Hazard was then stopped by Stoke goalkeeper Jack Butland: 5-4.

Chelsea currently occupies the fifteenth place in the Premier League and is third in Group G of the Champions League, so the position of Mourinho increasingly coming under pressure.

Everton

Everton had needed a penalty shootout against Norwich City after after 120 minutes of play, the score at 1-1 was in Liverpool. As were eleven meter ‘The Toffees’ poorer: 4-3.

Hull City was from the penalty spot better than Leicester City: 5-4. After 120 minutes both teams had scored once in the KC Stadium in Hull.
