BeNe League, the women’s competition for Dutch and Belgian football, is engaged in the last season. The KNVB and Dutch clubs will consult on a new top competition without Belgian participants.
The Dutch and Belgian football or even discuss cooperation in a different way can take shape. The KNVB and Dutch clubs like before March 1, draw up the plans for a full Dutch league. The starting point is to get at least until a league of eight clubs formed by the seven existing clubs and a new participant. All parties see this as a temporary solution and eventually want to compete with at least twelve members.
