Ajax coach Frank de Boer is not dissatisfied with the draw for the second round of the Europa League, which his team Monday linked to the Polish Legia Warsaw.
© anp. “It could have been much heavier,” said De Boer on the website of Ajax. “What I want to say anything about Legia, but I just look at all the other strong teams that we could take, such as Dinamo Moscow Zenit St Petersburg or Napoli.”
Ajax begins February 19 with a home game where no away crowd will attend and play a week later in a completely empty stadium the return in Warsaw. Legia’s UEFA punished for misbehavior of supporters, including racist statements in included the group match at KSC Lokeren late November.
