The Chinese Zhang Hong, Olympic champion in the discipline, ended Sunday at the Utah Olympic Oval in second place with a time of 1.12,77. Richardson, who played in the last race against Bowe had to take this time to settle for bronze in 1.13,45.
Leenstra fourth
Marrit Leenstra ended up in fourth place with a time of 1.13,93. That was the Dutch champion at this distance above her personal of 1.13,88. Margot Boer drove the ninth time (1.14,68). Sanneke the Neeling came with a personal record of 1.14,92 in eleventh place out.
