The always fraught match between FC Groningen and SC Heerenveen returned no winner today. The game ended 1-1, thanks to goals from both club scorers Michael de Leeuw and Mark Uth.
The showdown between the traditional clubs of the north was not of high standard. On the efforts of both teams was little to criticize.
