The Dutch relay swimmers have Sunday at the World Championships in Doha gold caught in the 4×50 meter freestyle.
Ranomi Kromowidjojo, Femke Heemskerk, Inge Dekker and Maud van der put more immediately a new world record with 1.34,24.
The United States was just three tenths third for Denmark. Netherlands earlier won the 4×100 free and 4×200 free in Qatar.
In the series the team swam with Esmee Vermeulen instead of Heemskerk even though a new world record with 1.35,74.
After the first 50 meters of Dekker Netherlands was still in fourth place in the final. Heemskerk team then brought at once to the leading position.
Van der Meer strangled after her 50 meters a second, but Kromwidjojo still took the gold in a fantastic split time of 22.88.
Kromowidjojo and Dekker come Sunday also in action in the final of the 50m free Dekker and also in the 100m butterfly. Heemskerk is doing for the title in the 200 meter free
The Netherlands, which only women has sent to Qatar is already nine medals
